When to post a new thread about a bug
• There is a widespread problem affecting one or more worlds
• Spelling or grammar errors
• Loss of troops, resources or similar
• Other minor bugs
When to report a bug via ticket:
• Security vulnerability
• Exploitable bug
• You need to submit private information or information you do not want others to know
• You suspect another player of using a bug
Please check the known issues and problem sticky before submitting a new ticket or thread.
If there is a widespread problem (world down, missing commands) and someone has already posted about it, do NOT post a new thread.
For bugs that only relate to the speed server, please use the ticket system or contact a speed admin via another method (such as IRC).
Do not post suggestions in this forum.
If you do not follow guidelines you will be given an infraction.
Lastly, only admins, senior ingame staff and developers can provide definite answers here. However, if a problem has been reported before or is actually a false positive, normal users are allowed to point this out to the thread starter.
